Job Summary
- Attending to customers in store and online.
- Communicating and answering customers’ calls and messages.
- As a social media manager, knowledge of relevant industry skills, product and services is highly needed.
- Create and review social media calendars, monitor the performance of previous posts, develop engaging and competitive content, prepare reports, and collaborate with influencers.
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of major channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Creating social media posts with engaging videos.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Required Work Experience and Skills:
- Be willing to learn marketing skills and explore boot camps in order to be up to date with the social media trend.
- Desire to learn new things
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills.
Education:
1) College graduate, College placement.
