Few Trouble Shooting Guide:

  • if the remote is not working: Please open it and make sure that there is battery.
  • If there is battery and the remote is not working, please check if there is twinkle red/green light that shows when the remote is being press. Yu could also bring out the battery warm it up in your palm and put it back to see if it will work. Else replace the battery
  • You can also turn on the light from the back of the ring light
  • This ring light is heavy because of its quality.
  • This light comes with 2 head fixtures; one for using the light in the upright position and the other for using the light in a bended or angle position.
  • It is always better to use the light when plugged directly to the power source.
